Student Visa Requirement in ITaly

To fly to Italy, only EU people need a passport and can remain indefinitely. United States Residents, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can also use a visa to visit Italy (provided that it is valid for at least three months from the date of departure). However, they can only remain for 90 days. South Africans visiting Italy need a Schengen visa, enabling them to travel inside the Eurozone through several countries.

It is necessary to do your research early if you want to get a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Europe by 2020. You will have to apply your applications in some countries up to 9 months before the start of the term. You will need the following documents as follows:

  • Copy of your passport or national ID

  • Documentation for programme; specific requirements

Your DESTINATION PARTNERS counsellor can direct you to the relevant IRCC information and can help you find authorized immigration representatives if need be.
